Women in Mathematics (WIM) will offer support to graduate students and postdocs in the Mathematics Department for travel to research conferences. Though open to all graduate students and postdocs, the focus of this program is on women and preference is given to applicants speaking at the meeting. WIM will reimburse travel expenses up to $300. Applicants are strongly encouraged to seek additional funding.
Junior and Senior undergraduates may also apply if doing research with a Math faculty member. Travel grants are awarded once per semester.
Applicants should include a detailed budget to justify amount of support requested. Please, arrange for your adviser to send an email in support of your application to Professor Aissa Wade.
